Upon payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and JOOi Pass send to your email. How we enjoy traveling varies; therefore, we recommend one e-pass owned per person. If you are traveling with family or in groups, let our customer service team know before payment.

Let us know your arrival dates:
With our pay now travel later service, you can set your arrival date on our payment page. We will adjust the e-pass validity according to it. In addition, you are also able to reschedule the date of arrival. Still, you have to inform us at least 48-hr before the initial arrival date. Following the reschedule approval, we will issue a new e-pass to your email.
